1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services from Kyms Events & Kim Co Agency ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide luxury event planning and marketing services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking.

3. Booking and Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
• Final payment is due 14 days before the event date
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 60+ days before event: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations 30-59 days before event: 25% refund of deposit
• Cancellations less than 30 days before event: no refund
• Postponements may be accommodated subject to availability

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Make timely payments
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses
• Ensure venue compliance with our requirements

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Acts of God or force majeure events
• Third-party vendor failures
• Client-provided equipment or materials
• Consequential or indirect damages

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and materials we create remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. We retain the right to use event photos for our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Johannesburg.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the "Last updated" date.
